About Karlie
I’ve spent many years working in primary and secondary schools—doing everything from mainstream supervision to 1-to-1 support. Over the past two years, I’ve focused specifically on working directly with children who need extra emotional, behavioural, and learning support, including kids with SEN and challenging behaviour.
I’m trained in the Meditative Learning Support Approach (MeLSA), which means I use calm, mindful strategies to help children manage stress, regulate their feelings, and feel comfortable learning.
Because I’ve worked with so many different children over the years, I know that one size definitely doesn’t fit all. I'm patient, easy to talk to, and I focus on what works best for each individual child—giving them a safe, low-pressure online space where they can build confidence at their own pace.

I offer a calm, child-centred mentoring space tailored to each individual learner's emotional and educational needs. Using the Meditative Learning Support Approach (MeLSA) alongside my experience in primary and secondary schools, I help children develop focus, emotional regulation, and learning confidence in a low-pressure environment.
Having worked extensively with children who have Special Educational Needs (SEN), challenging behaviours, I know that traditional teaching methods don't fit every child. My online sessions focus on building rapport, reducing anxiety, and adapting lessons around what works best for your child's unique rhythm.
