About ANSHUL

I am Anshul, a meditation tutor dedicated to guiding individuals toward inner peace, mental clarity, and emotional balance. With a gentle, mindful approach, I help learners slow down, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate calm in the midst of everyday life.

My sessions are designed to be simple, supportive, and deeply effective—whether you are a beginner taking your first step into meditation or someone seeking deeper awareness and healing. Through breathwork, mindfulness, and guided meditation, I create a safe space where stress softens, focus deepens, and self-awareness naturally unfolds.
