About Udhav
I have received meditation training from traditional teachers in Rishikesh, India, and have been teaching meditation for over 5 years. I am a post-graduate in Philosophy, with a focus on Indian Philosophy. I specialize in Mindfulness Meditation, Vedantic Meditation, and Mantra Meditation. I conduct specific meditation courses for inculcating positivity, gratitude, and for anxiety and stress relief.

My meditation classes are focused on attaining a peaceful mind. I prefer to keep the meditation process simple and lively and provide useful tips to overcome the challenges of meditation. I spend time in understanding the specific expectations of the student from meditation and try to customize the meditation accordingly. I draw from Mindfulness Meditation and Vedantic Meditation techniques in particular, which are perfect for inculcating positivity, gratitude, compassion, and overcoming anxiety and stress. I also share insights on how to utilize the learnings from meditation in one's daily life beyond the meditation hour.
