About Portia

I am a 4th year law student who learnt meditation and am still learning because there’s always something new to learn. Each time you come to your mat and focus is different and I’m just learning and growing like all of you guys and I can help guide you to find your peace in meditation.

About the lesson

My methodology depends from person to person because there no standard way of teaching or learning meditation and we have to find what works for you
