About Libaharan
Meditating for 5 years and have taught students over the last two years. People who I have taught provide positive feedback and achieved state of calm/tranquillity within themselves. As someone who has experienced a range of meditation practices, techniques and guidance from teachers, I can assimilate and tailor according to needs.

Experienced meditator who has taken on Buddhist dharmic practices in various traditions including Zen, Tibetan, Vipassana and Triratna. My meditation will be focused around grounding, nature connection and inner transformation. They will be an hour-long lesson with expert guidance.
