I have trained in more than 10 countries with well-known teachers like Dr. Joe Dispenza, Baron Baptiste, Dylan Werner and I have done several Vipassana style silent plant medicine retreats which took my teaching and practice to a whole new level. I meditate every day, often twice a day ️
