About Dario
In 2012 I did a Vipassana retreat in INDIA (Bodhgaya - 10 Days). Then in 2015 I did a second retreat in Germany of the same technique. Since 2012 I do meditation on a daily basis. Anapanasati it is a technique to improve concentration and have a calm state of mind. Anapanasati is also a pre-requisite technique to be able to start doing Vipassana Meditation.

Hello My name is Dario Martinez. Since 2012 I practice Anapanasati meditation (Breath awareness) and Vipassana meditation (To see things as they really are). Both techniques were developed by the Buddha Siddhartha Gautama. The goal is to be more conscious in our daily activities and find peace within yourself. I suggest you visit the website dhamma.org.
