About Shawna
With a master's in education and a passion to coach, my focus is to help others restore balance of the body and the mind. I offer meditation and somatic techniques that have the power to provide incredible life-changing results. Some of these results include overcoming fears, addiction recovery and support, career changes, improved depression symptoms, improved relationships, building parenting skills, and increased feelings of trust. We will work together to bring profound self-awareness and transformation while redirecting the focus where needed to overcome emotional difficulties, build relationships, and truly feel connected to live a more full life.
