About Ceri
I’m Ceri,
I’m from the mountains of North Wales. Through travel, self discovery and some soul searching I came across meditation years ago as a way of finding peace.
I also work as a Reiki Healer and am deepening my spiritual study with currently working towards my yoga teacher qualification.
I want to share this with other. To offer a space where you can find connection to a higher power, where you can find peace and begin the journey of looking inward to create what you want, and the person you want to be.

Hi I’m Ceri,
I have been practicing meditation for many years. I work as a Reiki Healer and believe that having a connection to all the energy that surrounds us is something we all need to experience.
I can offer a calming space where you take personal time for you to reconnect with yourself in mind, body and soul.
