About Aarushi
I am a fourth year medical student and have tutored for many years. I have also recently graduated with a BSc in Global Health. Here are some of my experiences:
1. Tutoring Latin at GCSE level while at school
2. Teaching OSCE (practical exam) for second year medical students for 1 year
3. UKCAT tutor at KAPLAN for 6 months
I am also very friendly and so feel free to reach out to me with any questions! I have many other interests outside of teaching such as dancing, volunteering and playing the guitar! Through all of these, and of course through medical school, I feel very comfortable communicating with people of all ages and leading groups of all sizes. To sum it all up, tutoring for me combines two things I love doing: working with people and teaching.

I am a fourth year medical student and my teaching methods are based on my experiences. I am a student myself so have very recently been in the position of the students whom I tutor which I believe really helps me understand their perspective.
I like to get a feel for how the student prefers to learn, and then decide which sorts of techniques to use - all the time encouraging the student and empowering them to take control of their learning. I like to signpost each learning experience with explanations, have lots of interactive learning and then finish each lesson with some sort of consolidation and testing of the knowledge. This can of course all be tailored to your needs and per exam board requirements.
I completely understand different students learn in different ways so I will try out different methods to find which one works best for you.
