About Haley
I am a current medical school student at the Cooper Medical School of Rowan University, an MD program in Camden, NJ. I graduated from Northeastern University in 2018 with a Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry. I graduated Suma Cum Laude with a 3.88 in my major and was a part of the National Biological Honors society Tri-Beta. During my time at Northeastern, I was also a teacher's assistant for General Biology 1. In this role, I taught five lab sections, and was responsible for providing brief lessons related to the experiment and ensuring that all students had a strong foundation in the concepts being studied. I also created quizzes for my students and held weekly office hours and tutoring appointments for students struggling in the lab or in the lecture.

I am an outgoing and extroverted current medical school student passionate about the sciences and helping students learn. My personal areas of expertise are Human Cell Biology, Anatomy, Physiology, and Genetics. I am very patient and understanding and love to use mnemonics, memory hooks, and visuals to help students easily comprehend seemingly difficult science topics. My specialty is to make learning fun and less stressful by breaking down complex topics into easily digestible material.
