About Ellen
I am a biochemsitry MSc student experienced in tutoring students in level KS3, GCSE and A-Level. I have always enjoyed this and have managed to help my students achieve higher grades than expected in their final assessments. Even as the Science obsessed student I am now, there were moments both when I was studying for my GCSE's and A-levels were some subjects didn't click as easily. This is completely normal, and sometimes all that is required is a little boost of help. Having worked through these problems myself to go onto achieve well, I believe I have the knowledge to provide this extra help that students need.

My teaching style is quite free, in that I adapt on a case by case basis depending on the needs of the student. This is determined in the introductory meeting where a personal lesson plan will be developed, centered around the students learning style and the specification of their course. I am incredibly familiar with the specifications for AQA Science subjects for GCSE level, as well as the curriculum for multiple exam boards both at GCSE and A-level.
