About Jose
I have been tutoring for over 8 years, with a focus on STEM and Spanish language. I graduated in 2021 from Rice University and have worked as an engineer on NASA projects, most recently as a systems engineer with the ISS. I have a passion for learning and have maintained proficiency in science and mathematics throughout my personal education journey and beyond.

My goal as as a tutor is to bridge the gap between your current understanding of the material and the desired level of knowledge. A typical tutoring session will involve asking questions to get an idea of the student's background knowledge followed by thorough instruction on the topic at hand.
What sets me apart is that I am a problem-solver by nature, and I make it a priority to make sure your particular question is answered and your specific problems are addressed.
I am able to teach students from middle school through college level proficiently and professionally. I have extensive tutoring experience spanning over 8 years. I have experience in teaching math, from algebra through differential equations; science subjects, including physics, chemistry, and social sciences; and Spanish language.
