About Soha
I'm a fourth-year mechanical engineering student at UWaterloo, so I know my math. But unlike many people around me, I learned to love math over time as I got better at it. I used to think I'm not smart enough to grasp it like others, but I proved myself wrong, and I want to help others do the same. High school math was where it all started, where the foundation was laid to excel in other courses. Let me help you with practice problems that aren't boring and my own past exams/high school tests to prepare you for your own. We will come up with strategies that work for you and find your inner mathematician.

High school math can be difficult to grasp, as someone who experienced this transition first-hand, I know exactly how to structure a lesson plan to set you up for success. I like to break down difficult concepts into pieces first; after practicing each piece, then, I work on crafting the solution. Math is a lot of practice, but it can become boringly repetitive. I like to source unique examples that test your knowledge but also challenge critical thinking, such as problems you would see on school tests/exams.
