About Johan
I am an engineer with a 32 year background of designs with technical drawing in mechanical-, structural-, piping-, bulk handling and mining equipment. I act as mentor for students and young graduates in the above mentioned disciplines. The most successful period was when I was instructed by a large company of which had a compliment of fifteen engineering students, all on a different study level of engineering subjects not performing to the standard of passing each course. I am proud to reveal the success rate of students passing their engineering semesters from above average to distinction after two years. I also am a project manager specialist in the mining environment.

Because of the experience I had with the different levels of education, I started with the lowest level of education in the class. By doing this I can determine that everyone attending the class is on the same level of study. My teaching method is based on the practical experience in conjunction with the theory being studied. It is because of this method, new designs and patents are making the ways to technology discoveries in future. It is then important to have the basic engineering skills of all engineering disciplines understood in practices to pursue successful.
