About Sam
As a tutor, I bring a unique combination of academic excellence, tutoring experience, and a passion for helping others succeed. My ability to excel in high school math and physics (averaging a 97 in Grade 12 AP Physics and Calculus), along with my previous tutoring experience as an instructor at Kumon for 3 years, puts me in a great position to help others reach their academic goals.

As a tutor, I focus on highschool-level math and physics, and I ensure that the concepts are fully understood before any practice questions are done. I believe that a good understanding of the basics is required in order to continue to advance and tackle tougher questions.
As a recent highschool graduate, I understand the struggles of managing classes and not being able to fully grasp some concepts, along with the lack of tutoring support from schools, and I hope to be the solution for you, so that you may succeed and excel in your classes.
As your tutor, we will:
-Go through the concepts and make sure everything is understood very well
-Ensure that a lot of practice is done, because I believe that practice and repetition is the best way to succeed in math and physics
I will also be available outside of sessions, as I know that you may still struggle with some concepts when doing homework, so any questions you may have, I can answer right away.
