About Priyankha
I'm a mbbs student, as we all know mbbs gives a lots of stress but yoga makes me calm and helps me to approach my days in a positive way and adults in these days suffer from stress and emotional pressure and gives very less importance to their mental health , which could indirectly affect their physical health too , i would love to teach and educate my students about the importance of mental health and how easy it is to calm our minds.

Yoga is meant to relax the body and soul , my method of teaching will be very basic . This would help my students to calm their mind and lead a peaceful day , yoga has the capacity sharpen the mind of young fellows and will help them to concentrate on their daily activities .
