About Shahmeer
I am an MBBS doctor with 8 years of teaching experience, and teaching has always been something I genuinely enjoy.
I love simplifying difficult concepts and helping students understand why something works rather than simply memorising it. My approach is patient, interactive, and tailored to each student’s learning style and goals.
I teach because I enjoy seeing students gain confidence and improve—and my goal is to help every student become a better, more confident and independent learner, not just prepare for an exam.

I believe effective teaching is not about making students memorize more—it is about helping them understand concepts clearly, build confidence, and learn how to approach questions independently.
With 8 years of teaching experience and an MBBS degree, I have worked with students from different academic levels and learning styles. I offer personalised online lessons for O Levels, Matric, FSc Pre-Medical, and MDCAT preparation, adapting my teaching according to each student’s needs, strengths, and weaknesses.
My lessons are structured around:
* Conceptual understanding: I break difficult topics into simple, logical explanations so students understand the “why” rather than simply memorising information.
* Exam-focused preparation: Along with understanding the subject, I teach students how to approach past papers, MCQs, structured questions, and examination-style problems.
* Personalised teaching: Every student learns differently. I adjust my pace, explanations, examples, and practice according to the student’s level and learning style.
* Active participation: I encourage students to ask questions, explain concepts back to me, and actively solve problems rather than passively listening to a lecture.
* Regular practice and revision: Lessons are reinforced through targeted questions, revision, and identification of weak areas.
* Progress tracking: I focus on identifying gaps in understanding and gradually turning weaknesses into strengths.
My Personal Teaching Approach
My goal is to create a comfortable learning environment where students are not afraid of making mistakes or asking questions. I believe that a student should be able to say, “I don’t understand this,” without hesitation.
I try to make lessons engaging and interactive while maintaining the discipline needed for strong academic performance. Rather than giving students the answers, I guide them towards finding the answers themselves and developing the confidence to tackle unfamiliar questions.
As a doctor and someone who has personally gone through the Pakistani education system and medical school, I can also help students understand how their current studies connect to university, medical school, and future career choices.
Whether a student needs help catching up with their syllabus, strengthening their fundamentals, preparing for examinations, or aiming for top grades, I tailor the lessons around their individual goals.
My aim is simple: to make students understand better, perform better, and eventually become independent learners.
