About Venna
Choosing the right tutor is an important step in every student's learning journey, and I am committed to making that experience both effective and enjoyable. As an MBA graduate from IIM Raipur with volunteer teaching experience at eVidyaloka, I bring a combination of strong academic knowledge, patience, and a genuine passion for teaching. I believe in creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, learning from mistakes, and building confidence in their abilities. Every lesson is carefully planned to match the student's learning needs and pace, ensuring steady progress and a strong conceptual foundation. My teaching approach is centered on making Mathematics simple, engaging, and enjoyable for every student. I begin by understanding each student's current knowledge, strengths, and areas for improvement, and then tailor my lessons to match their individual learning pace. Each class starts with a quick review of previous concepts, followed by clear explanations of new topics using step by step methods, real life examples, and interactive problem solving. I encourage students to ask questions freely and focus on building strong conceptual understanding rather than memorizing formulas. Regular practice exercises, quizzes, and feedback help track progress and strengthen confidence. My classes are ideal for primary and middle school students, especially those who want to improve their fundamentals, enhance problem solving skills, or prepare for school examinations. With my experience teaching Mathematics through eVidyaloka and my strong analytical background, I strive to create a positive and supportive learning environment where every student can succeed.
