About Wan Nur Atirah
I am a Mathematics educator with a Master of Data Science from UiTM and a Diploma in Education (DPLI) from City University Malaysia. With a background in both mathematics and teaching, I am passionate about helping students build confidence and genuine understanding in Math — not just memorize formulas. I completed my teaching practicum at a secondary school, where I taught Mathematics to Form 1 and Form 2 students. I believe every student can succeed in Math with the right guidance, patience, and approach tailored to their individual needs.

I hold a Master of Data Science (CGPA 3.72) from UiTM and a Diploma in Education (DPLI) from City University Malaysia, with a teaching practicum background in secondary school Mathematics. My foundation in both mathematics and data science allows me to break down complex concepts into clear, structured steps — making abstract topics like statistics and further maths genuinely understandable.
My Teaching Approach:
I tailor each session to the student's pace and learning style. Rather than rushing through content, I focus on building a strong conceptual foundation first, then reinforcing it with practice problems and exam techniques. I use a step-by-step method — explain, demonstrate, guide, then let the student try independently.
Lesson Format:
Lessons are typically 1 to 2 hours per session, conducted online or in-person at my home in Kota Bharu.
Who Are My Lessons For?
My lessons are primarily for secondary school students
(Form 1–5) covering Modern Maths and Add Maths for SPM.
I also extend my tutoring to Foundation & matriculation students — Statistics, Geometry, Further Maths
