About Sarah Kumon
My name is Sarah Brown and I am the Instructor at the Kumon Leamington Spa Study Centre. I have a passion for learning, and feel that a good education is the key in today's society. I am a true believer that every child can flourish in maths and English, they just need focused, individualised guidance to get them there, and this is what Kumon provides.
I joined Kumon in 2012 as an Area Manager. During this time I worked at the Harborne Study Centre, instructing students of a variety of ages and abilities. This experience highlighted the benefits of the Kumon programmes for all children. I also saw the wider benefits of daily Kumon study; confident, happy, disciplined individuals, who enjoy a challenge and have great life ambitions. This inspired me to take on my own study centre in Leamington.
At the Kumon Leamington Spa Study Centre I strive to offer the best Kumon experience for every student. With experience in working with over 500 local children over the last six years, my team and I recognise the importance of knowing each child individually to meet their academic and personal needs.

The Kumon Maths and English Study Programmes offer what traditional tuition gives to your child and more. Kumon goes one step further by helping each child develop self-learning skills, enabling them to tackle challenging work without reliance on a teacher. Our aim is to help any child of any ability to progress and develop a curiosity and love for learning.
Your local Instructor will set work for your child at just the right level, enabling them to build confidence in their abilities and progress their maths and English skills in small, manageable steps through daily study. They will visit their local study centre twice a week for sessions with their Instructor. This allows the Instructor to tailor and adapt each child’s study plan to their abilities, through observing their progress and fluency at each level. Our study programmes are individualised to each child to help them establish strong learning foundations and a positive learning experience, to build skills and confidence for their future.
