About Dana
My fascination with mathematics began with a love for patterns, logic, and problem-solving. Over ten years, I have taught students from foundational arithmetic to advanced calculus, helping them develop competence, confidence, and analytical thinking. Observing learners progress, grasp complex concepts, and gain independence is profoundly rewarding, reflecting both academic growth and personal development. I teach with patience, clarity, and adaptability, tailoring lessons to each student’s needs and learning style. Lessons integrate visual aids, real-life applications, and structured exercises to foster comprehension while maintaining engagement. I emphasise critical thinking, perseverance, and problem-solving alongside technical mastery. Beyond teaching, I explore advanced mathematical concepts, innovative pedagogical approaches, and problem-solving strategies to continually refine my practice. Mathematics is not just a subject—it is a way of reasoning, analysing, and approaching challenges thoughtfully.
