About Emma
I am a USA-based Mathematics tutor with 8 years of experience teaching through one-to-one online live lessons. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education from a U.S. university. I chose one-to-one teaching because I genuinely care about individual understanding. I enjoy helping students who think they are “bad at Math” slowly realize that they are actually capable — they just needed the right explanation and a calm learning space. Outside teaching, I enjoy journaling, quiet morning walks, and reading about how students learn best. These habits help me stay patient, focused, and supportive in every lesson. My goal is to help you feel safe, confident, and clear while learning Math.

My one-to-one online live Mathematics lessons are perfect for students who feel weak, confused, or nervous about Math. I don’t assume you already understand anything — we start calmly from where you are.
I explain ideas slowly, clearly, and in different ways until they truly make sense. Because lessons are live and personal, you can stop me anytime, ask the same question again, or say you don’t understand — and that is completely okay.
We build understanding step by step, moving from basic number sense into Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Statistics. Over time, students begin to feel more confident, relaxed, and capable while solving problems.
