I met Sarah at our recently established Pétanque club, where I was membership secretary.
I had been a membership secretary at a previous club and wanted to start off being as paper free as we could. I knew it could be done but didn’t know how/where to start. I was already familiar with Excel but had no Google experience.
Sarah came to the rescue and under her expert and patient guidance I went from zero knowledge of Google docs/sheets to creating (with a lot of assistance) and managing the club’s online application form and database.
Sarah has always made herself available to assist with any issues or changes I didn’t quite understand. She established early on how I preferred to learn and explains in a way that meets my current knowledge and understanding.
In addition, Sarah has now successfully created our club’s website.
I highly recommend Sarah to anyone, business or individual, who requires guidance and assistance with their ICT projects or to enhance skills.

Wow! What a brilliant, informative session with Sarah.
She is clearly extremely skilled in the uses of Excel and is able to impart her  knowledge very clearly, confidently and concisely.
Sarah has patience and empathy in abubdance which is essential when explaining different formats etc.
