About Helen Maria
I am a student at the University of Toronto, pursuing Physics and Mathematics.
3+ years of experience working with high school and middle school students on STEM subjects and English language skills.
As a student myself, I understand the challenges one can face academically, especially when trying to juggle with everything else and making sure students have time to do things that they love.
Through my short classes, I will strive to help students in this process and ensure they can reach the best versions of themselves, both in their classrooms and outside.

Helen is an amazing tutor! She has helped me so much through grade 10 and 11 with maths. One of the things I really appreciate about her teaching style is that she is very adaptive and listens carefully to my concerns and areas of doubt. She is very approachable and easy to talk to. Before this, I thought maths would never be for me but now I feel more confident in my studies, and continuing maths in grade 12 as well!
