About Bhumika
I’m a Maths and Physics student offering focused, structured tutoring in Maths and Physics. My approach is built around clear explanations, strong subject knowledge, and practical problem-solving. I help students understand not only how to answer a question, but why the method works, how to recognise similar problems, and how to apply the same ideas independently. I can support students with algebra, calculus, mechanics, waves, electricity, statistics, exam technique, homework, and revision. Lessons are tailored to the student’s current level, whether they need to strengthen the basics, work through difficult topics, or develop the confidence to tackle higher-mark exam questions. I aim to make lessons efficient and useful. That means identifying gaps quickly, explaining concepts clearly, and then applying them through worked examples and targeted practice. My goal is to help students become more confident, more independent, and better prepared for exams.

My lessons are practical, focused, and built around what the student actually needs help with. I do not believe in spending an hour talking at someone while they quietly nod and remain confused. A good lesson should find the exact point where things stop making sense, fix that, and then practise until the student can do it without being walked through every step. In Maths and Physics, this usually means three things: understanding the concept, knowing how to use it in a question, and being able to recognise it under exam pressure. I focus on all three. Lessons might involve going through a difficult topic from the ground up, working through homework, breaking down exam questions, improving written working, or filling in gaps from previous years. The structure changes depending on the student, but the aim stays the same: make the subject clearer, build confidence, and improve results. I keep lessons direct, calm, and interactive. The student should leave knowing exactly what they understand better than before, what they still need to practise, and how to approach similar questions next time.
