About Paul
I have taught as a main teacher for 4/5 years, and 2 years at a Chemical company. As a para educator I have an additional 4 years of experience. Intermixed I had 8 years of tutoring experience. I've seen student standardized test scores rise every year they have been under my teaching.

I usually give pre-tests to determine student's skills and then use random question generators (such as Khan Academy) to help students where they are struggling. Inquiry based learning projects, the gradual release of responsibility, are my most used tools. I also have and encourage the use of ALEKS and other self paced programs.
