About Danielle
Hi! My name is Danielle, and I’m passionate about helping students feel confident and capable in their learning. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology and will be completing my Master’s in Business this fall. My academic background, combined with years of tutoring experience, enables me to support students across various subjects, including math (from pre-algebra to pre-calculus), science, reading, writing, and test preparation (ACT/SAT). What sets me apart as a tutor is that I focus not only on getting the right answer but also on helping students understand the process, build effective study habits, and gain confidence in themselves. I’ve worked with middle school, high school, and college-prep students, and I tailor each lesson to their individual needs and learning styles. Whether it’s tackling a tough math concept, preparing for a big test, or navigating college applications, I make sure students feel supported every step of the way. Parents and students can trust that I bring patience, professionalism, and encouragement to every session. My goal is to create a positive, low-stress environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and excited about their progress.

My tutoring style is all about keeping things clear, simple, and encouraging. I break down tough concepts into easy steps and make sure students understand the “why” behind the answer, not just the “how.” I want my students to feel confident, ask questions freely, and leave each session knowing they’ve really made progress.
A typical lesson starts with checking in on homework or questions, then moving into practice problems and strategies that fit their goals; whether that’s math, science, test prep, or building better study habits. I mix in real-life examples to make learning less stressful and more engaging. My sessions are designed for middle school, high school, and college-prep students, especially those who want a tutor who is patient, relatable, and focused on helping them succeed.
