About Rasoul
I started teaching Mathematics and Computer Science courses at the University of Nevada-Reno as a Software Engineering graduate student and continued teaching part time as a University lecturer while working full time as a Software Engineer as well as taking my Ph.D. coursework in Software Engineering in-person and through distance learning.

I have taught courses in Software Engineering, Computer programming in Assembly, Pascal and C languages, Operating Systems, and different MATH courses such as College Algebra, Trigonometry, and Calculus for Science and Engineering majors. I have always enjoyed teaching the foundational courses in Math and Computer Science as I feel that the better students are taught their basic or first courses in any subject, the stronger they will be in that subject in their future and upper division level courses they take. I have also tutored one-on-one and in groups in Mathematics through the University Tutoring centers as well as online tutoring platforms for middle school, high school and college level students.
