About Shernay
Hi, I’m a Chemical Engineering student with a strong passion for mathematics and helping others succeed. I achieved 98% in Mathematics and earned 7 distinctions in my first year, with mathematics always being my strongest subject, even in high school. Math is a subject I am extremely passionate about, and I would love to ignite and share that passion with other students. I realized that many students don’t struggle because they lack ability, but because math is often taught in a way that doesn’t suit them. That’s why I’m passionate about teaching, I am able to break down complex calculus and algebra concepts into clear, understandable steps, helping students gain confidence in their own ability. Seeing students go from feeling stuck to truly understanding and improving their results is what motivates me most.
