About Erin
I am an early career dance artist with a keen interest in sports/dance science, I am a recent graduate of contemporary dance training and love to find joy in my cross training as much as my artistry. Outside of dancing I am a speciality coffee barista and geek out about the fine tunings of a good cup of coffee. We will work towards your personal goals through a dynamic class, taking you through warm-ups, technical exercises and winding down. Drawing from my experience as a professionally trained dancer and barre instructor, I aim to share techniques stemming from Pilates, barre fitness, classical and contemporary techniques, including somatic work. I am offering classes to those wishing to find a gentle path into fitness and dancing, through to supplementary conditioning to intermediate students, and anyone in between who wants to work with their body to find strength and balance to support their day to day!

Erin is an amazing tutor. She takes time to understand your personal strengths and weaknesses when it comes to dancing and physical fitness. They are approachable and supportive during classes and really helped me to improve!! Would highly recommend
Erin is such a professional and patient tutor! I'm not very experienced in fitness or pilates and she was able to teach me in a way that was engaging and educational. I've been able to work these into my daily life and I'm feeling so much more invigorated since! Would highly recommend :)
