About Tripti
Certified Yoga Therapist & Instructor from renowned S-VYASA University Bengaluru as a full-time student. I have done M.Sc.(Masters) in Yoga, Post Graduation Diploma in Yoga Therapy (PGDYT), Prenatal Yoga and Yoga Instructor Course(YIC). I am in this field as I got benefited by practicing Yoga in my life. I was suffering from numerous health issues like Asthma, Epilepsy, Cervical spondylitis & migraine. Yoga helped me in this journey of life overcome my problems. I have taken variety of class for people, based on their physical & mental health. I make sure I work on proper Yoga Postures, body detoxification, breathwork and pranayama for proper channeling of the Pranic energy in body & mind. I also take care of balanced diet and proper lifestyle. I take classes for general fitness, pregnancy, thyroid, hypertension, B.P, diabetes, obesity, back & neck pain, gastric issues, COPD, asthma, knee pain and PCOD. The general class adheres to a stimulation and relaxation cycle. I start the session by leading the class in chanting, followed by basic joint loosening exercises to prevent accidents during the yoga flow. Subsequently, we engage in a warm-up routine tailored to each individual's body type, priming the muscles for any bending or shaping of the body. We then progress through uncomplicated yoga postures targeting strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, and focus in various positions—standing, sitting, supine, prone—with intermittent breathwork to promote continuous relaxation of both mind and body. This relaxation is akin to a coolant necessary for a machine to operate smoothly over an extended period. Finally, we incorporate pranayama for balanced breathing, concluding the session with a brief chanting exercise. Therapy sessions follow the same stimulation and relaxation concept, with the key distinction being that the practices are specifically designed to address particular issues. For instance, in cases of anxiety or stress, we implement distinct relaxation therapies tailored to counteract an already overstimulated mind.

Amazing Yoga Classes for Breathing and Relaxation
I joined Tripti's yoga class about breathing and relaxing, and it was really good. The teacher knew a lot about yoga and made me feel welcome. We started with easy exercises, then learned how to breathe better. The teacher made sure we were all comfortable. My favorite part was the end of the class, where we did calming meditation. I felt very peaceful and happy afterward. These classes were very helpful for my body and mind. I recommend her class to anyone wanting to relax and breathe better.I have been taking online yoga classes with Tripti for over 6 months. I am from Portugal and she is from India. I'm almost 60 years old and I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. I have never practiced any physical activity and I am also overweight. Tripti is very dedicated therapist, and a understanding human. I was suffering from bad back pain from last 3 yrs i tried everything possible. Like medicine, physiotherapy, chiropractor adjustment, ayurvedic treatment etc.. but nothing was helping, then i met tripti and she guided me in every way the therapy yoga for back pain , correction in posture, my food habits, my motivation to do it everyday because it will take time so i should have patience to go consistently with yoga practice and correct lifestyle with a positive attitude.
