Hari Om I am Divya Gairola, a professional Yoga Trainer and practitioner. I have done my Masters in Yoga from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University. I am a 500 hrs Certified Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, USA. For me yoga is not just a physical activity, It's beyond that. It works on our physical, mental as well as spiritual level.
