She is an intelligent teacher, she has a lot of knowledge about yoga and also teaches very diligently.
I've personally taken yoga classes from Divya Mam and still learning advance yoga from her. She makes me understand and learn all the pranayama and asanas very easily in layman language so that any person can efficiently get the benifits. Her teachings helped me to cure my back pain ,body posture and sleep cycle .
Divya Mam is very punctual, hardworking and dedicated towards her yoga and classes.
I'll recommend evryone to please try yoga classes from her as it'll surely bring magic in your life as happened to me.View more recommendations
