About Amy
I aim to inspire new interested students in the world of Nutrition. Whether you are interested in nutrition's effect on weight or sports performance. I aim to share the knowledge that I have accumulated over my many years at university and in this hope to improve health literacy both for the benefit of students and the community surrounding them.

I have experience in tailoring my teaching style to whatever level of understanding you may bring. I can start at the basics or teach higher-end nutrition. I have previously supported learning in a high school space and have the ability to adapt to the knowledge level brought by potential students.
I have a friendly and welcoming personality and I am very understanding. I currently hold a Bachelor of Human Nutrition and am soon to complete a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics
I am welcome to take students from beginner-level to more advanced and I can teach across all age groups from years 7-90
A typical lesson would go for up to an hour but that can be shortened or lengthened depending on the situation
