About Khizra
I am a Master’s student specializing in Computational Biology, Systems Biology and Bioinformatics. I have strong skills in Python, NGS analysis, differential gene expression, pathway analysis, BLAST, and related bioinformatics tools.
I completed a research project on identifying key biomarkers in Lung Adenocarcinoma using computational methods. I enjoy teaching and making complex biological and computational concepts easy to understand for students.
I am patient, clear in explanations, and focus on practical learning so that students can apply the knowledge confidently.
