About Sarah
My first degree is in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Kinesiology. I was a personal trainer and wellness employee for 3 years before I went to school to get my degree in Physical Education and Health. So not only do I know the subject matter but I also understand pedagogy. I recently completed my Master's in Sports Nutrition. I have over 12 years experience in education. I am creative and strive to make my lessons FUN!
