About Natalie
I am a Masters of Nursing and Nurse Practitioner Program candidate at Ryerson University. I graduated from McMaster University's Nursing program in 2018.
I have mentored students throughout my undergraduate career and continue to assist students during my masters program. I am passionate about English as a subject. I have have exceled in academic writing throughout my secondary, undergraduate, and graduate programs. I am also a highly rated teaching assistant with experience teaching university courses.

My teaching methods are centered on collaboration and flexibility. I initially assess the needs of my student and create a learning plan or action plan for the course of the mentorship. I extend my knowledge and resources to help the student reach their full potential. I provide constructive criticisms and encourage open communication.
