About Hollie
I am a 4th year maths student at Exeter University currently completing my masters. I have been tutoring for 5+ years, and have taught numerous students. All of my students have increased in confidence hugely, and are achieving at least 1 grade higher than before they started having tutoring. I achieved A*AA in my Maths, Further Maths and Physics A-levels respectively and I would very much enjoy the opportunity to improve more people's confidence in STEM subjects.

I approach each topic by focusing first on becoming comfortable with any key formulae needed, working on memorising those formulae through a variety of methods (e.g flashcards, mnemonics) depending on the student. Past exam questions are an incredibly useful tool, so working with my students we tend to increase the difficulty gradually, until they can do questions they originally wouldn't have known where to start.
