My teaching strategy is an intergrative counselling strategy using methods from three types of counselling profressions which are psychodynamic, cognitibe behavioural therapy and person centred. I believe in mixing these 3 models together to implement the best outcomes as each individual is different and has different needs so therefore, one strategy my way work more for one individual than others thats why with my help I can work with you to create a programme to understand your needs. I understand therapy can be life changing for some people to have that one person they can talk too. Thats why i'm offering my services and expertise so, that its affordable and realistic.
