About Pavan
Hi! I’m Pavan, a passionate and approachable maths tutor with a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence and its Applications from the University of Essex. I focus on helping students who find maths challenging by making lessons fun, interactive, and easy to understand. My goal is to help every student gain confidence, improve their skills, and enjoy learning rather than just memorising formulas. I have years of experience guiding friends and peers through exams and projects, and seeing them succeed has inspired me to share my knowledge with more students. I teach GCSE, A-Level, and university-level maths, and I adapt each lesson to fit the student’s learning style, using step-by-step explanations, interactive exercises, and real-world examples. Whether you struggle with specific topics, want to improve your grades, or need guidance on projects, I am here to provide friendly, professional, and effective support. Hi! I’m Pavan, and I focus on making maths fun, interactive, and easy to understand. I like to teach more like a supportive older brother than a traditional classroom teacher, so students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. Teaching Methodology: I break down complex concepts into simple, step-by-step explanations. I use creative examples, interactive exercises, and real-life applications to make lessons engaging. I adapt my approach to each student’s learning style, focusing on areas where they need the most help. I emphasise building confidence, problem-solving skills, and genuine understanding, not just memorising formulas. Lesson Structure: Typical lessons are 60 minutes, but can be adjusted based on student needs. Lessons include explanations, examples, practice exercises, and time for questions to ensure full understanding. Qualifications and Experience: Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence and its Applications from the University of Essex. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. While I’m new to formal teaching, I have years of experience helping friends and peers improve their understanding of maths and other subjects.
