My teaching approach is student-centred, supportive, and practical. I focus on building confidence in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension by adapting lessons to each student’s level, goals, and learning style. I break down grammar, vocabulary, and writing structures into clear, manageable steps and use real examples to make learning engaging and relevant.
A typical lesson begins with a short check-in and review, followed by focused instruction on a specific skill (such as grammar, essay structure, reading comprehension, or speaking practice). Students then apply what they’ve learned through guided exercises, discussion, or writing tasks, with feedback throughout. Each lesson ends with a brief recap and clear next steps.
What sets me apart is my patience, clarity, and emphasis on understanding rather than memorisation. I create a comfortable environment where students feel confident asking questions and making mistakes.
My lessons are suitable for primary and secondary students, as well as ESL learners and university students seeking support with academic English, writing, or exam preparation.
