I am a trained Hindustani classical vocalist with a Master’s degree in Hindustani Classical Vocal. With years of rigorous training and performance experience, I offer lessons that are both technically grounded and emotionally enriching. My teaching is rooted in traditional guru-shishya values while being accessible and adaptive to each student’s pace and style.
Classes focus on voice training, techniques of raga improvisation, bandish (compositions), Raga development, and performance readiness. I also guide students in understanding the theoretical aspects of Hindustani music. Lessons typically run for 45 minutes and can be tailored to suit individual goals.
I work with students of all levels—from complete beginners to advanced learners—and across all age groups. Whether you’re preparing for formal exams, performances, or learning for personal joy, I offer a supportive and disciplined learning environment.
