About Jordan
I enjoy helping others learn because I believe with the right help many of us can achieve far more than we think of ourselves. My goal is to help my students unlock their own potential in ways that will help them long after their time with me is done.
I have worked as a tutor before in high school and I have also assisted many of my friends throughout my time in college. I am always professional and will arrive on time and will stay longer as necessary for the sake of my students. I treat every relationship very highly and will always keep in mind the best interest of my students.

I like to help students by explaining the concepts in ways that they can relate to and understand at first and then slowly introduce them to the bigger overall picture. I would explain the concept in terms of a relatable subject like sports or a TV show. I try to think about new concepts this way myself and find it very effective even in my graduate courses. Having recently been exposed to math throughout my time in college, it is fresh on my mind and I can still quickly recall familiar concepts. I can tutor various math courses including elementary math, algebra, geometry, statistics, discrete math, and pre-calculus/trigonometry.
