Hi, I’m Saima – a passionate computer professional with a Master’s in Computer Applications and over 7 years of combined experience in IT support, software development, and teaching. I’ve taught programming, software tools, and IT fundamentals to students from diverse backgrounds. Currently, I work as an IT Support Officer at a reputed university, where I manage systems, coordinate development, and support students and staff daily. I want to teach because I genuinely enjoy simplifying technology for others.
