About Andrea
My name is Andrea. I've been playing the piano for 20 years and teaching for the past 8 years. I'm originally from Ukraine where I graduated from the music academy. I offer tuition in both Russian and English languages. I worked as a piano teacher at the Children's School of Art in Ukraine and tutored pupils in England for 7 years. I have recently moved to Dubai where I am continuing to teach face-to-face and online piano lessons.

My students learn not only how to play the piano, but also music theory, aural skills and also learn a lot about different musical instruments and music history. I believe that playing an instrument can lead to a sense of achievement, an increase in self-esteem, increased confidence, self-discipline and provide a means of self-expression. These may increase motivation for learning in general. I prepare pupils for examinations such as ABRSM as well as Trinity College London from Grade 1 - Grade 8. I specialise in teaching classical piano and music theory.
