About Sirunik
Hello! My name is Sirunik, and I am a passionate educator, debate coach, and Master's student at the University of Notre Dame. With more than five years of experience in teaching, mentoring, and youth development, I have worked with students from diverse backgrounds in Georgia, Europe, and the United States.
Throughout my career, I have taught languages, facilitated educational programs, coached debate and public speaking, and led youth-focused initiatives. I have also worked as an educator in an international school and participated in numerous international educational and leadership programs. These experiences have strengthened my ability to connect with learners, understand their needs, and create supportive learning environments.
I believe that education is one of the most powerful tools for personal and professional growth. My goal is not only to help students improve their language skills but also to build their confidence, critical thinking, and communication abilities. I am patient, encouraging, and committed to helping every student reach their full potential.

My teaching approach is interactive, student-centered, and focused on practical communication. I believe students learn best when they actively participate, ask questions, and apply their knowledge to real-life situations. Rather than relying only on memorization, I help learners build confidence through discussions, role-plays, problem-solving activities, and personalized exercises.
A typical lesson begins with a short review of previous material, followed by introducing new concepts through engaging activities. We then practice together through conversation, exercises, and real-world examples before ending with feedback and a plan for continued improvement.
What sets me apart is my international experience and background in education, leadership, and communication. In addition to teaching languages, I have worked as a debate coach, educator, and youth worker in programs across Georgia, Europe, and the United States. This experience allows me to help students develop not only language skills but also critical thinking, public speaking, and confidence.
My lessons are suitable for beginners, intermediate, and advanced learners, including school students, university students, and professionals.
