About Stephen
I am Stephen, a 27-year-old Master's student in Mathematics from Amsterdam. Because I received a negative recommendation for GCSE Mathematics in high school, and then managed to get an average of 10 for the same subject for two years, I know better than anyone how frustrating mathematics can be. But I also know how nice it is to experience that you can do it.
I have repeatedly been able to get myself and others to enjoy it again. And programming is no different. With more than 10 years of experience, it is no longer a question of whether I can help you, but when.

I believe that everyone can learn to code. And with an average rating of 8.5 for my exam training at lyceo and others, I have experienced helping a lot of others do so as well.
Through the programming minor that I did in addition to my Master's in Mathematics, I have seen where the friction is for many students and that often helped them get on track. I can do that because I taught myself to program alongside my studies.
Do you need help with a programming assignment, or are you having trouble understanding the theory on your own? Then we'll start by looking at what you already know or understand, and where there are still unclear things. Based on your understanding, we'll come up with a plan of attack together for your assignment.
We usually only have an hour together and it goes by so quickly. That's why I offer support for the entire week (7 days) after our tutoring session, online through WhatsApp or Messages (iOS).
