I work in the UK for DWP ( Department for Work & Pensions ), within Jobcentreplus Employer & Partnership relations. Dr Refat helped me to devise, develop and deliver an "IELTS" Language programme on a Refugee Project in Middlesbrough UK. This project also involved Middlesbrough Borough Council & NHS North East Refugee Healthcare Professionals. He delivered IELTS tuition in Advance use of the English Language to professionally qualified refugee Doctors/Healthcare Professionals/Engineers etc. requiring IELTS needed for them to progress and return to their careers in the UK .
