About Ayush
I am a Psychology GOLD MEDALIST, trainee Counselor, Researcher, and Educator with a strong passion for teaching and promoting mental well-being. Alongside my academic background, I have experience working with students in educational settings, conducting psychological research, and supporting individuals through evidence-informed therapeutic approaches.
I believe that every student has the potential to excel when concepts are explained with clarity, patience, and practical relevance. My goal is to create a supportive, respectful, and interactive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, thinking critically, and developing confidence in their abilities.

My teaching approach focuses on making psychology practical, engaging, and easy to understand rather than relying on rote memorization. I adapt every lesson to the student's learning style, academic goals, and current level of understanding.
A typical class begins with a brief review of previous concepts, followed by clear explanations using real-life examples, case studies, visual aids, and interactive discussions. Each session includes concept-building, application-based learning, practice questions, and dedicated time for doubts. I also provide guidance on assignments, research writing, exam preparation, presentations, and dissertation work wherever required.
As a psychology postgraduate, therapist intern, researcher, and educator, I integrate academic knowledge with practical insights from counselling, research, and mental health. My objective is to help students develop critical thinking, conceptual clarity, and confidence rather than simply preparing them for examinations.
My classes are suitable for higher secondary students, undergraduate and postgraduate psychology students, competitive examination aspirants, and anyone interested in understanding psychology, counselling, research methods, statistics, Indian psychology, or mental health in a structured and supportive learning environment.
