About Sandra
I’m a dedicated Physics tutor with 6 years of teaching experience, passionate about helping students understand science with clarity and confidence. I work with learners from K–12 through the first year of college, supporting different academic levels, learning styles, and educational goals.
Over the years, I have helped students move beyond memorizing formulas to genuinely understanding how and why physical principles work. My teaching approach combines simple explanations, visual examples, practical applications, guided problem-solving, and focused practice. I believe that even challenging topics become manageable when they are explained step by step.
I can support students with topics such as mechanics, motion, forces, energy, momentum, gravitation, electricity, magnetism, waves, optics, thermal physics, and introductory modern physics. I also assist with homework, assignments, revision, examinations, and strengthening foundational concepts.
Every student learns differently, so I adapt my lessons according to their strengths, challenges, pace, and objectives. I encourage questions and create a comfortable environment where students can learn without hesitation.
My goal is to make Physics less intimidating and more interesting while developing strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities. With patient guidance and consistent practice, I help students become confident, independent, and capable Physics learners.

My physics lessons are designed to make difficult ideas simple, logical, and enjoyable. I teach students from K–12 through the first year of college, adapting every lesson to their academic level, learning pace, and individual needs.
We begin by understanding the concept rather than memorizing formulas. I use clear explanations, relatable examples, diagrams, and step-by-step problem-solving to help students see how physics works in real situations. Whether you are learning motion, forces, energy, momentum, electricity, magnetism, waves, optics, or modern physics, I focus on building a strong conceptual foundation.
During lessons, students are encouraged to ask questions, explain their thinking, and work through problems independently. I identify areas of difficulty and provide targeted practice to strengthen weak topics. For students preparing for school examinations or college-level assessments, I also emphasize problem-solving strategies, numerical accuracy, time management, and exam confidence.
My goal is not simply to help you obtain better marks, but to help you genuinely understand physics and approach unfamiliar questions with confidence. Each lesson is structured, interactive, and focused on measurable progress, so students can gradually become more capable, curious, and independent learners.
